Thanks to Pam, I have a wonderfully lovely bedroom. Whenever any one walks into it the first word they say is "spa" when describing it. I got the idea for it from a Southern Living magazine and Pam carried it out perfectly for me. Once I get everything together I'll take pictures and post them (AND send them on to Southern Living!).

Adam gave me a gift certificate for Mother's Day and I purchased 6 of the small 5 x 5 wide edged gallery wrapped canvases. Happy girl!! I finally got out yesterday and purchased the much needed gesso and a deeper color paint that should go with the coverlet. I got it home and ugh! Too much contrast. So, I mixed a huge glob of white to lighten it; I ended up with a garish turquoise. So, I called Diane and she advised putting some orange in with it. Who'd have ever thought? I guess I really need to pay attention to all those color theory articles I "read" instead of passing them so quickly.
