Been busy trying to reschedule my Friday piano students. Dave and I will be heading to Macon to check on my mother and daddy. I've not talked with her since last Thursday (argh!!!!) and hope to work with my dad to see if I can get him used to using his cell phone so I can talk with Mama everyday.

We take stuff like that for granted. There's a lot about my cell that I don't know how to use, but I can talk, speed dial, take pics, send email, send text messages, and when I'm lucky I can even take video (but I have to admit it's mostly by accident when that happens).

I think there should be some sort of elder consortium that teaches people over 70 yrs old how to use not only their computers, but their cell phones. Verizon??? ATT??? Listen up!!
