First it was the face lift, then liposuction, and lip augmentation. But, there's a new trend among women - the pursuit of perfect feet. Yep, you read correctly.
Instead of searching for the perfect Gina or Christian Louboutin shoes, Khadisha Shelton is in pursuit of the perfect feet in order to display her purchases to their best advantage - and she is willing to go under the knife to achieve it.

In a matter of weeks, Khadisha will undergo cosmetic surgery to shorten her toes.

The operation - a gruelling three hours long, where surgeons will use a saw to slice segments from her bones - costs a staggering £2,700, and it could take months before she can walk properly again.
Years ago, I remember my grandmother sitting at the kitchen table at my mom's house. Mama and I were preparing dinner and somehow the conversation got around to our feet. I commented that I had ugly feet and my grandmother took a look and said, "No, Bunny. Your mother has ugly feet. Yours are fine." My grandmother is with the Lord now, but my mom and I still laugh about that silly conversation. Even with my ugly feet I think I'll steer clear of this particular plastic surgery - I'm not into pain.
