This picture was taken last weekend. In the short time of one week things have turned completely upside down. Because I just can't put into words, I asked David to write this for me:
Hi friends, I have an urgent prayer request to share for my mother and father in law.
Dot is really having a rough time with a UTI and the treatment for it which is making her nauseous. So much so that they have started an IV and if she doesn't show improvement they will be admitting her to the Medical Center tomorrow. She's had such a hard time. We're very concerned about just how much strength to fight she has left.
Curtis has been so fierce in his determination to stay with his bride through this. He's spent 12 hours straight up there two days this week, forgoing the rest and the medicines he needs to be near her. We fear he may not be able to take the strain much longer.
Will you please pray?
Their move here is supposed to happen next weekend, but is in doubt now because of Dot's condition. Just go to God for them, asking the Great Physician for His healing power to be released.
