It's been quite some time since I've painted. When I found out that my parents might be coming to live with us I took all my paints, supplies, etc along with my incredible easel and put it all away. There has just been no time for it. A one-time friend and I did a collaborative work that was actually accepted into an art gallery competition in Pensacola and I have several works I've done hanging here in the house. I guess it's just burn-out from all the stress that's going around now. But, I have been talking about getting back into it now that Mama and Daddy won't be coming.

I came across this site today and am going to check further into it. Maybe there's a purpose to artwork outside of personal fulfillment.
