Adam, of course, was acting goofy!
Got to Macon and first thing Daddy took me back to Mama's closet to show me what he wanted me to take care of. He left the room and I sobbed. Good lord, it's just so wrong here without her.
Adam & Shonda came and we took them and Daddy out for barbecue - nothing fancy. but good times.

That must have been so hard. But she probably would not want anyone else but you to do it. You had something rare/precious/beautiful w/ your mom.
