Sweet little chair

I have a sweet little chair in my bedroom I need to reupholster. I've never reupholstered a piece of furniture before but everyone says it's fairly easy.

I'm afraid mine will turn out like this:

I thought those were not chairs! It looks funny but I found the design unique! I guess it will pass as a 'sweet little chair'!
