Scruffy Mick! They'll both see a groomer soon.
Getting a little love from DaveMick is our shy one, but coming around more and more. He's so very sweet and his temperament is gentle. We bought a couple of tennis balls tonight and David was just tossing it for him. Mick would bring it right back. That thrilled David: "This is the first dog we've had that would actually play catch and bring it back!"
Again - the pics aren't great because you have to catch 'em when you can.

Aaaw - sounds like they're making great progress at working their way into their own special spots in your hearts. Amazing - how there's always room for more there - huh?!
Fetch!? ...oooh that is too cool. Not really a BIG DOG thing. Mak & Katie are just SO sweet, lovable - but SOooo mellow/gentle too - more into having their belly rubbed than playing. Mak does kinda come alive right after dinner in hopes of getting some treats from our table - or whenever he gets a new toy...but that's typically VERY short lived - as the squeakers (his mostest favorite part :) are often defunkt/destryed/drowned!!! w/in seconds :)
We actually thought about a mastiff but since I want to train them as therapy dogs for nursing homes (my mother loved it when the dogs would visit), I felt like I needed something I had a chance at being able to lift!
Big dogs are the best. We so miss Henley - give your pups a kiss for me.
Will do, Bunny. Big (Henley Sized!) hugs to you.
