Losing Henley the Great Dane was devastating to us. You couldn't find a sweeter giant pup than Hen. It hurt us so to lose him that we felt to have another Dane would be too painful with their short life span. We now have Mick and Stevie, the Airedales. We love them, but they're no Henley.
I subscribe to several Great Dane blogs simply because of my love for the breed. When I read this post I got sad and angry all at once.
