I don't know how I missed this in years past, but it seems Madam Tussaud's London wax museum has a celebrity nativity. The cast of characters include David & Victoria Beckham as Joseph and Mary with George W. Bush and Tony Blair as two of the wise men. Samuel L Jackson and Hugh Grant made it as shepherds. I think it first appeared in 2004 and was quickly denounced as offensive to which the museum apologized.
