10 Foods to Help You Sleep


I've had trouble sleeping since I started going through menopause. Hot flashes be danged, the lack of sleep if the worst for me. From what I understand it's a problem for most women ages 35+. I'm on a fairly regular routine of Tylenol PM each night, but here's a post that gives 10 foods to help you sleep.
