I'm standing in the middle of Target when my cell phone rings - it was my mom!!! Yay! She still sounds good and said that she had taken 3 steps today in her therapy session. This is huge. If you're reading this blog, please take a moment and say a prayer for her.

This is one of the pictures I scanned while in Macon this past weekend. It was taken in 1944. While talking with her I told her she could have been a pin-up girl. Her response: "I didn't know what could have happened then, but I know that I now have 4 children and I thank God for that."
