Mick & Stevie sleep modes

Been a tough day. We took the pups with us while I taught piano and David worked in his office. They stayed with David and every student's parent came by to check both dogs out. David was really pleased with their friendliness with strangers. But - it was stressful as all get out walking them to the car and back. These are the strongest dogs and haven't been taught to heel - pull, yes, but heel, no!

They still seem to love their crates. Having two large crates in our small home isn't easy. And, honestly, we want them to be "on the sofa" pups. David read that they get security from being in them whenever it comes to stressful changes. So, we'll keep the crates for a while, but the doors remain open. Here's how I caught them sleeping today:

Not the greatest pictures but they were both sleeping on their backs!

Stevie slept on the couch beside David for quite a while tonight - a huge step forward. Mick is still a bit shy, but we're working on him.
