Just talked with Daddy and he's doing really well. He says he's doing everything the doctors are telling him to do and that Mike is taking good care of him. It's such a relief to hear how Daddy knows he can depend on him. Jerry & Tonya are coming over tomorrow to bring him some vegetable soup and I also got to hear about the doll house Michael made for his and Cindy's little girl. Daddy said it was just beautiful! He loves the company.
All was well until we said goodbye. That's when he said, "I love you, Dottie!" He used to call Mama "Dottie." I tried to gloss over it but he asked me if I heard what he said and he began crying. I told him we both still love her so much...
